For your convenience, our billing software service accepts payment by your debit or credit card. You may also pay in cash if preferred.

Yes, we scoop in any weather, if it is heavy rain or lighting we might have to reschedule. In heavy snow, we do our best to scoop before a storm but if we cannot, we get whatever is on top of the snow and as it melts we are able to get the rest. We never charge extra in snow or rain.

No, you do not have to be home for service. Please provide us access to any locked gates in advance.

For your convenience, we will send you a reminder text prior to arrival. We also send a completed text to let you know the yard has been cleaned.

Yes, if the dogs are friendly! If you are unsure, we ask that you have them properly secured. Our technicians will make sure to secure all gates upon leaving.

Yards that are not maintained (long grass, leaves, debris) may cause a reduction in quality of your service. We can only scoop what we can see.

We will dispose of your pets waste in a biodegradable bag in your trash can. If you want us to dispose of the waste off-site, just let us know and we’ll add that extra service to your quote.

Yes, we disinfect our equipment and shoes after each yard to prevent the spread of bacteria, viruses and worms. We only use PureGreen24 natural disinfecting & deodorizing products which are pet & human safe and contain no harsh chemicals.
